Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD) 10th Edition (ICD-10) diagnostic criteria for first depressive episode; 2. Baseline Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMD) 24 items score >= 21 points; 3. Aged 18-65 years, no gender limit; 4. All the research subjects inform the study process and sign a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Take other drugs that affect mental activity, or any antidepressant drugs, or have received electroconvulsive therapy or are receiving systemic psychological treatment within 2 weeks before enrollment; 2. Patients with severe organic diseases; hepatitis B virus carriers, hepatitis B patients (the drug instructions have relevant content), hepatitis C carriers and patients; 3. Those who are allergic to drugs; 4. Those who are severely dependent on substances; 5. Those who have obvious abnormalities in laboratory and auxiliary examinations; 6. Patients with bipolar disorder-depressive phase.
