Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-80 years; 2. The first cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction and confirmed by cranial CT or MRI examination; 3. Holden walking function grade (FAC) above grade I and Brunnstrom lower limb grade above grade IV; 4. Patients with stable vital signs, normal blood pressure and good cardiac function; 5. Those who were conscious and willing to cooperate with rehabilitation treatment (MMSE score >= 24); 6. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 7. The course of disease of the patient is less than 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe visceral diseases; 2. Severe cognitive and speech dysfunction or inability to cooperate; 3. Those who have received special sports training; 4. Diseases affecting trunk stability, such as Parkinson's disease and spinal cord injury.
