Interventions

Experimental group:Continuous infusion of low-dose norepinephrine 0.01-0.1 ug/kg/min combined goal-oriented liquid management to maintain individualized blood pressure
control group:Standard treatment to maintain mean arterial pressure not less than 65 mmHg

60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60-80 years; 2. Undergo elective major open abdominal surgery with an estimated operating time of 2-6 hours; 3. ASA II-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate in this study; 2. Patients with previous or preoperative renal insufficiency; 3. Severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh grade C); 4. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 5. History of drug dependence or addiction; 6. Weight less than 50kg or more than 90kg; 7. Admitted to ICU after surgery due to adverse events; 8. Loss to follow-up.
