Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The specimens of fetuses: 1. Signed informed consent; 2. Donate the fetus specimens voluntarily after the termination of pregnancies in Union Hospital due to fetal congenital heart diseases or other reasons. All subtypes of fetuses with congenital heart disease: 1. Signed informed consent; 2. Commit to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process of the research; 3. Diagnosed or suspected a certain type of congenital heart disease by prenatal echocardiography. Fetuses in the normal control group: 1. Signed informed consent; 2. The gestational age should match the fetuses with congenital heart diseases; 3. Heart structure is normal and checked by echocardiography after birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The specimens of fetuses: 1. Donor or legal representative requests to withdraw from clinical research; 2. The donation procedures after induction of labor do not comply with relevant laws and regulations. All fetuses with congenital heart disease: 1. Twin or multiple pregnancies; 2. Intrauterine growth restriction of the fetus; 3. Persistent fetal arrhythmia; 4. Except for a certain type of congenital heart disease with other intracardiac and extracardiac malformations; 5. Maternal diseases and complications of pregnancy (diabetes, hypertension, abnormal thyroid function, etc.). The fetuses in the normal control group: 1. Twin or multiple pregnancies; 2. Abnormal heart rhythm; 3. Extracardiac deformations; 4. Gene and chromosome abnormalities; 5. Maternal diseases and complications of pregnancy (diabetes, hypertension, abnormal thyroid function, etc.).
