Lidocaine group:1ml of 2% lidocaine was prophylactically injected into the cerebral artery
Control group :1ml of 0.9% normal saline was prophylactically injected into the cerebral artery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with cerebrovascular malformation were diagnosed and Onyx glue embolization was planned.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unclear consciousness or inability to provide informed consent and communication difficulties before surgery; 2. Patients with serious cardiovascular diseases; 3. Allergic to any narcotic drug to be studied; 4. History of long-term use of psychotropic drugs; 5. Rejected patients.
