Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent form; 2. Non-metastatic breast cancer patients whose tumor TNM staging is confirmed by histology is stage II and above; 3. Patients with breast cancer diagnosed by tumor thick needle puncture pathology; 4. Cardiac color ultrasound indicates that the cardiac ejection fraction is within the normal range; 5. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) scale 0-2 points; 6. The organ function is still good and meets the following indicators: Hb >= 90g/L; WBC >= 3.5 x 10^9/L; platelet >= 100 x 10^9/L; neutrophils >= 1.5 x 10^9/L; aspartate aminotransferase = 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Merge other malignant tumors or have had malignant tumors other than breast cancer in the past 5 years, except for skin basal cell carcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma, and carcinoma in situ of the cervix that have been adequately treated and controlled; 2. Those with active infection who are not suitable for chemotherapy; 3. Severe diseases with non-malignant tumors that affect the patient's compliance or put the patient at risk of chemotherapy; 4. Severe liver dysfunction, Child-Pugh C level; 5. Severe cardiac insufficiency, cardiac function level III or above; 6. Patients with severe renal insufficiency, failure stage and uremia stage.
