18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 40 years; 2. ASA I or II grade; 3. 37 to 42 weeks of gestation, singleton pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for intraspinal anesthesia (circulatory instability, complete placenta previa, coagulopathy, allergy to local anesthetics, puncture site infection); 2. Spinal deformity or lumbar spine surgery; 3. Past or new heart disease; 4. Preeclampsia; 5. Neurological dysfunction; 6. Diabetes; 7. Cardio-cerebrovascular or kidney disease; 8. SBP 30 kg/m^2; 9. Fetal abnormalities or unclear ultrasound images.
