Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Fundus images meet the quality control standards; 3. The physical examination information is complete, including the clinical data required for the study; 4. There were no cardiovascular diseases discussed in this study at the beginning of follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from serious ophthalmic diseases that cannot be seen from the fundus of the eye; 2. Suffering from diseases that may cause secondary cardiovascular diseases; 3. The number of follow-up did not meet the criteria for defining outcome events; 4. Suffering from serious uncontrollable systemic diseases; 5. Suffering from malignant tumor.
