Heart surgery-related diseases

Interventions

Group 1:Inspiratory muscle training with 30% MIP load 3 days before surgery, 20 respiratory cycles twice a day.
Group 2:Inspiratory muscle training with 10% MIP load 3 days before surgery, 20 respiratory cycles twice a day.
Group 3:Standard care, no inspiratory muscle training.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing cardiac surgical valve surgery; 2. Cardiac function NYHA classification grade I/II/III; 3. Good exercise tolerance; 4. Able to understand and sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged 75% of the predicted MIP value.
