18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Tumor patients receiving chemotherapy alone, immunotherapy alone, or combination of chemotherapy and immunotherapy at Wuhan Union Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Renal insufficiency (eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73 m^2); 2. Any contraindications related to magnetic resonance: such as metal foreign bodies such as pacemakers, artificial metal heart valves, insulin pumps, etc., claustrophobia Patients, patients allergic to gadolinium contrast agents, etc.; 3. Pregnant women; 4. Aged < 18 years; 5. Autoimmune disease history; 6. Need to use immunosuppressive drugs; 7. Previously received anti-PD-1/PD-L1 treatment.
