Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary diagnosis as acute heart failure (including new onset acute heart failure and decompensated phase of chronic heart failure); 2. Patients admitted to the hospital less than 72 hours; 3. Patients with New York Heart Assignment (NYHA) class II-IV; 4. Aged >= 18 years; 5. Patients who voluntarily participate in the survey and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are diagnosed with heart failure in the treatment of other diseases; 2. Patients with unstable conditions; 3. Patients who are combined with acute myocardial infarction, severe arrhythmias (such as second or third degree atrioventricular block, ventricular fibrillation, etc.); 4. Patients with various types of primary mental disorders and Alzheimer's disease; 5. Patients who are unable to cooperate in completing the survey for various reasons.
