14 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cardiovascular patients who need transseptal puncture in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from 2021 to 2022, evaluated as difficult puncutre by the intervnentist, or in whom the traditional method cannot success in 15 minutes, or in whom try and fail for three puncture with the tradition method; 2. Aged 14-90 years; 3. Agree with the project, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vulnerable subjects and subjects from special communities or ethnic minorities; 2. Patient who has left atrial thrombi or has been conducted closure of atrial defects.
