Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with elective surgery to be performed under general anesthesia and who require transoral tracheal intubation after induction of anesthesia. 2. Aged 18-65 years. 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I-II. 4. Body mass index (BMI) >= 18 and = 10 and = 95% on breathing air; systolic blood pressure (SBP) >= 90 mmHg and = 60 mmHg and = 60 and <= 100 beats/min. 6. The surgical position is lying down, the surgical site is abdomen or lower extremity, and the operation time is <= 3h. 7. Able to understand the process and methods of this study and voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose laryngoscopic epiglottis cannot be exposed (Cormack-Lehane grade 4). 2. Patients with serious adverse events during the study that prevented enrollment or caused an unexpected event. 3. Diabetes mellitus or hypertension. 4. Patients with a difficult airway or judged to have a difficult tracheal intubation: abnormal upper airway anatomy, open mouth <3 cm , and a clear history of previous difficult airway intubation.
