18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-II; 2. Aged 18-80 years; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 20-30 kg/m^2; 4. With normal cognitive function.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergy to any of the test drugs; 2. Coagulopathy; 3. Infection of the nerve block puncture site; 4. Ingestion of any pain medication within 48 hours before surgery; 5. History of chronic pain medication use; 6. History of trauma or thoracic surgery; 7. Sinus bradycardia, atv-ventricular block, and other conditions not appropriate for this study; 8. Patients or family members refuse.
