Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-II; 2. Aged 18-80 years; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 20-30 kg/m^2; 4. With normal cognitive function.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Gastrointestinal dysfunction; 2. History of abdominal surgery; 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Second- or third-degree heart block, baseline rate less than 50 beats/min bradyarrhythmia; 5. Mental disorders; 6. History of difficult airway or delayed extubation; 7. Opioid abuse; 8. Allergic to dexmedetomidine and other anesthetics; 9. Preoperative gastrointestinal bleeding (> 100 ml); 10. Emergency surgery; 11. The patient or family member refuses.
