Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group inclusion criteria: 1. 1-5 years old; 2. At least one of the following 3 indicators: low body weight: the weight is lower than the mean value of the reference population of the same age and gender minus 2SD; Growth retardation: the height (length) is lower than the value of the reference population of the same age and gender Mean minus 2SD; weight loss: weight less than the mean minus 2SD of the reference population of the same sex and height; 3. According to the doctor's evaluation, there are adverse factors such as picky eating, partial eclipse, anorexia, and lack of scientific feeding methods; Inclusion criteria for the control group: 1. Children aged 1-5 with health checkup; 2. Evaluated by a doctor with a balanced diet and good feeding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Case group exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from congenital malformations of the digestive tract and a history of operations related to the digestive tract; 2. Suffering from genetic metabolic diseases, infectious diseases, obesity, diabetes; 3. Have taken antibiotics and/or probiotics recently. Exclusion criteria for the control group: recent antibiotics and/or probiotic preparations.
