Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia; Aged 18-70 years; gender not limited; ASA I-III grade; cardiac function grade 1-3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of smoking, acute phase of respiratory tract infection, bronchiectasis, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, history of cardiac surgery, history of cardiac interventional surgery, abnormal liver and kidney function.
