Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Agree to participate in this research and sign the informed consent; 2. Aged 18-85 years, gender male; 3. Histopathologically diagnosed prostate cancer; 4. Imaging (CT/bone scan) found metastases (according to RECIST criteria); 5. Receive systemic ADT treatment after pathological diagnosis and progress to CRPC.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient's pathological tissue test type is neuroendocrine/small cell prostate cancer; 2. Suffering from other tumors; 3. The case received radiotherapy or chemotherapy before and after the diagnosis; 4. Have a history of infection with human immunodeficiency virus, or have other acquired or congenital immunodeficiency diseases, or have a history of organ transplantation, or have a history of organ transplantation.
