Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 24~40 years; 2. The patient was diagnosed with GDM, which was consistent with the diagnostic criteria for GDM recommended by the American Diabetes Association guidelines, namely fasting, 1 hour and 2 hours after taking sugar, and the blood glucose levels were 5.1 mmol/L, 10.0 mmol/L, and 8.5 mmol/L, respectively. GDM is diagnosed when one or more of the thresholds are met or exceeded; 3. Single child, willing to accept management, high degree of cooperation; 4. Voluntarily signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of abnormal blood sugar before pregnancy; 2. Severe lung, liver, kidney and other diseases; 3. Severe thyroid function disease, difficult to treat; 4. Mental illness.
