Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for herpes zoster-related pain; 2. Patients aged 18 years and above, male or female; 3. Has received antiviral therapy before admission, unsatisfactory pain control, visual pain analog scale (VAS) >= 4 points; no neurological dysfunction; 4. Those who can understand and fill in various rating scales; 5. Voluntarily sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, lung and renal insufficiency; 2. Combined with coagulation dysfunction; 3. Patients with cognitive impairment or poor cooperation 4. Allergic constitution or a history of drug allergy similar to the research drug structure; 5. Patients with contraindications to the experimental drug (respiratory depression, paralytic ileus, confusion); 6. Have a history of drug use; 7. Those who are judged by the investigator to be unsuitable to participate in this trial.
