Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Females aged 18-65 years; 2. Stable chloasma, light brown to dark brown on the face, distinct plaques, usually symmetrically distributed, without inflammatory manifestations and scales; 3. No obvious symptoms; 4. Voluntarily signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Chloasma caused by disease; 2. Pregnant, pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3. Allergic constitution and those who are allergic to this health food; 4. Patients with severe diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, endocrine diseases, and mental illness; 5. An alcoholic (alcohol amount <15g, alcohol amount = drinking amount x alcohol concentration x 0.8) or smoker; 6. Those who have taken or applied externally freckle and whitening products within 4 weeks before the start of the food trial, or have had laser or fruit acid treatment, which will affect the judgment of the results.
