55 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for aMCI and insomnia; 2. Aged 55-70 years; 3. High school education or above; 4. Those who have been certified in good health by physical examination in a tertiary hospital within the past six months; 5. Body mass index (BMI) in the range of 20-24; 6. All are right-handed; 7. The subjects participated voluntarily and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with metal residues and tattoos in the body; 2. Those who are afraid of MRI or cannot perform MRI scanning for other reasons; 3. Those who found lesions or suspicious lesions in the brain; 4. Those who drink heavily and abuse drugs.
