23 Years to 53 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Provide direct care to patients; 2. Registration and employment; 3. Clinical work time >= 6 months; 4. Informed consent to voluntarily participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participated in mindfulness-related training; 2. Regular psychological counseling or psychotherapy; 3. Taking antidepressants, mood stabilizers, anticonvulsants or antipsychotics; 4. Experienced a major traumatic event within the past 6 months.
