18 Years to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case group: 1. People aged 18-55 for physical examination; 2. Based on pathological or imaging evidence of fatty liver; 3. One of the three conditions of overweight/obesity, type 2 diabetes or metabolic dysfunction; Control group: 1. People aged 18-55 for physical examination; 2. No abnormality of the liver based on pathology or imaging.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have serious chronic diseases, such as COPD, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, history of chronic kidney disease, etc.; 2. Have a history of malignant tumor; 3. Have a long-term drinking history, such as a drinking history of more than or equal to 5 years, a daily alcohol intake of more than 40g, and a long-term history of taking liver-damaging drugs; 4. Have a history of viral hepatitis, parasitic liver disease, autoimmune liver disease, hereditary liver disease, and have a clear history of liver disease caused by metabolic factors.
