Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for hepatitis B infection (with records showing HBsAg positive for more than 6 months, or confirmed by liver biopsy); 2. The liver function index represented by ALT is normal; 3. Liver pathology: G < 2; S < 2; 4. No clinical symptoms and signs related to hepatitis B.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumor and HIV infection; 2. Combined with other liver diseases such as viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, drug-induced liver disease; 3. Clinically diagnosed as liver failure or decompensated liver cirrhosis (Child-Pugh grades B, C, serious complications such as esophagogastric varices bleeding, hepatic encephalopathy, ascites, etc. have occurred); 4. The clinical diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma or the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma cannot be excluded or the serum alpha-fetoprotein is greater than 100 µg/L.
