45 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-II grade, aged 45-65 years, hematocrit Hct > 0.35, hemoglobin Hb > 110 g/L; 2. Selected patients with 2-4 segments posterior lumbar incision decompression + intervertebral bone graft + fusion screw rod internal fixation. The operations of the two groups were completed by the same group of surgeons.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypoproteinemia; patients with poor heart, lung, liver and kidney functions; 2. History of cerebrovascular disease, malnutrition, obesity (BMI > 32 kg/m^2).
