Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sixty adult patients (18-65 years old), American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II, body mass index (BMI) 18.5-30 kGM^2 who were scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy were included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Renal insufficiency (glomerular filtration rate < 40 ml/min), impaired liver function (cirrhosis, cholestatic jaundice), neuromuscular disease, pregnancy, breastfeeding, predicting airway difficulties, receiving known Patients treated with drugs that interact with neuromuscular blocking agents; 2. Hypersensitivity to any drug included in the anesthesia regimen.
