Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient screening criteria are: 1. Patients with obvious tremor symptoms; 2. The cause of tremor can be clearly diagnosed (mainly Parkinson's disease or essential tremor); 3. The age is greater than 40 and less than 75; 4. There are relatively complete past medical records that can be traced back, so that specific information about the disease can be extracted, such as the age of onset; 5. Normal intelligence, no senile dementia; 6. No brain surgery/brain trauma/brain disease (stroke) history, no other neurological or psychiatric history; 7. There is no implanted cardiac pacemaker or metal implant in the body; 8. No severe depressive symptoms; 9. No alcohol or drug dependence (addiction). The screening criteria for healthy people are: 1. Age, gender, education level matched with tremor patients; 2. Normal intelligence, no senile dementia; 3. No brain surgery/brain trauma/brain disease (stroke) history, no other neurological or psychiatric history; 4. There is no implanted cardiac pacemaker or metal implant in the body; 5. No severe depressive symptoms; 6. No alcohol or drug dependence (addiction).
