Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult men and women aged >=18 years, with a sufficient number of teeth to support occlusal appliances; 2. And be diagnosed with periodontal clinical health, gingivitis, or mild chronic periodontitis (no >2 mm loss of attachment).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smokers and pregnant women.
