Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis, planned primary total knee replacement; 2. ASA anesthesia score I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with septic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, fracture, etc.; 2. Severe diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, etc.; 3. History of oral antibiotics or proton pump inhibitors in the past six months.
