Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with advanced cancer (definition of advanced cancer); (2) >= 18 years old; (3) The time of diagnosis is more than 1 month; (4) Know your own disease diagnosis, condition and treatment; (5) The patient has complete language expression ability and comprehension; (6) Willing to participate in this study and voluntarily sign the informed consent; 2. Inclusion criteria for family caregivers: (1) The patient believes that the member is their primary or trusted caregiver; (2) Know the patient's disease diagnosis, condition and treatment; (3) The patient has complete language expression ability and comprehension; (4) Willing to participate in this study and voluntarily sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with other serious complications and major organ damage; (2) The expected life expectancy is less than two weeks; (3) Receiving anti-anxiety and anti-depressant medication; (4) Patients with mental illness and communication disorder; (5) Received other psychological care within three months; 2. Exclusion criteria for family caregivers: (1) Suffering from major diseases such as cancer or suffering from various chronic diseases for a long time; (2) Receiving anti-anxiety and anti-depressant drug treatment; (3) Patients with mental illness and communication disorder; (4) Received other psychological care within three months.
