Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women: GDM diagnosed by oral glucose tolerance test, 24-28 weeks gestational age, married, living with their spouse, >= 20 years old, with complete cognitive and reading and writing skills, and willing to participate in this study; 2. Spouse: aged >=22 years old, with full cognitive and reading and writing skills, and willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women: Diabetes diagnosed before pregnancy, fetal abnormality or premature birth, acute complications of GDM, serious pregnancy complications and complications, use of insulin or drug treatment, severe mental illness; 2. Spouse: suffering from diabetes, serious mental or physical illness.
