Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for myopia: cycloplegic diopter -0.5D and above, best corrected visual acuity >=0.8 (international standard logarithmic visual acuity chart); 2. Meet the orthokeratology lens fitting standard: age 8 years or older; require corneal curvature between 39-48D; corneal astigmatism <-1.5D; 3. Did not receive any optical or pharmacological treatment during the study period, and had no systemic diseases that affected the wearing; 4. Those with higher compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infectious diseases of the ocular surface; 2. Those who suffer from dry eye without relief after adjustment of medication, or those who wear orthokeratology lenses with mild dry eye can not tolerate discontinuation; 3. Corneal abnormalities, fluorescent staining, history of corneal surgery or corneal trauma, and decreased corneal sensation; 4. Other eye diseases: dacryocystitis, eyelid disease and abnormal eyelid, abnormal intraocular pressure and glaucoma; 5. Those with a history of allergy to contact lenses or contact lens care solutions; 6. Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant in the near future; 7. Those who suffer from systemic diseases that cause low immune function or have an impact on orthokeratology.
