Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years; 2. Meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for depression, and the diagnosis is confirmed by the MINI-International Neuropsychiatric Interview (M.I.N.I.); 3. The current medication is an SSRI antidepressant, and there has been no adjustment in the past two weeks; 4. The score of 17 items of Hamilton Depression Scale (Hamilton Depression Scale-17, HAMD-17) should not be less than 17 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as bipolar disorder or depression with psychotic symptoms; 2. Combined with other mental illness; 3. Currently taking antipsychotic medication; 4. Accompanied by serious organic brain diseases, such as epilepsy, stroke, encephalitis, brain trauma, etc., or serious physical diseases such as malignant tumors, acute heart failure, multiple organ failure, etc.; 5. A history of alcohol or drug dependence; 6. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 7. There are contraindications to magnetic resonance scanning such as metal implants and claustrophobia.
