Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with thyroid malignancy according to the diagnostic criteria of the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Thyroid Cancer"; 2. Those who have no dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys; 3. No antibiotics were used 1 month before enrollment; 4. Aged >= 18 years, male or female; 5. Approved by the ethics committee of our hospital and signed the informed consent; 6. Females of childbearing potential must have a negative pregnancy test within 7 days prior to the first treatment and commit to use at least one acceptable contraceptive measure (i.e. use of IUD, spermicide-containing barrier methods, condoms, any form of hormonal contraceptives, or abstinence).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those suffering from anemia or other blood diseases; 2. Patients with other malignant tumors; 3. History of gastroesophageal or duodenal surgery; 4. Breastfeeding women; 5. Subjects who cannot cooperate; 6. Those who have a history of allergy to lactic acid bacteria and their products or have a high-sensitivity constitution; 7. Those who take probiotics or dairy products containing probiotics for a long time and regularly; 8. Subjects deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigator.
