Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Patients admitted to ICU; 3. Patients with endotracheal intubation or tracheotomy; 4. Patients or their families voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are extremely irritable and uncooperative; 2. Patients with mental symptoms; 3. Patients with severe oral erosion; 4. Patients with coagulation disorders; 5. Patients who are expected to be transferred within 7 days after elective surgery; 6. Those who have participated in other clinical trials within three months.
