Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The preoperative cone beam CT examination was determined to be an inverted supernumerary tooth ambush in the maxillary central incisor area; 2. The supernumerary tooth is a high total ambush, that is, the lowest point of the supernumerary tooth is located above the root apex of the adjacent central incisor and is completely covered by bone; 3. The total length of the crown root of the supernumerary tooth is 6-8mm, and the crown width is 3-5mm; 4. The intersection angle between the tooth long axis of the supernumerary tooth and the adjacent maxillary central incisor tooth long axis is 0-30 degree; 5. The bone plates on the labial and palatal sides of the supernumerary teeth are more than 3mm away from the high point of the supernumerary teeth; 6. The maxillary central incisors of all patients have erupted normally. 7. All included patients were healthy Chinese, aged 7-12 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications to tooth extraction; 2. Allergy to anesthetics; 3. Intraoperative cooperation is poor.
