18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 64 years 2. Patients with benign brain tumors, which is limited and does not compress the main brain functional network areas (such as DMN, ECN, FPN, etc.),and will performming surgery; 3. ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status I or II grade; 4. BMI 18-30kg/m^2; 5. Right-hand.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent history of general anesthesia; 2. Contraindications to MRI; 3. Intracranial lesions or systemic comorbidities; 4. History of anesthetic contraindications and allergyic reactions; 5. History of neurological or psychiatric disorders or structural abnormalities of the brain; 6. Evaluated as malignant brain tumor; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. History of drug or alcohol abuse; 9. Patients with HR or BP decreased by more than 20% during dexmedetomidine infusion (emergency intervention at this time); 10.Refusing to participate in this researcher.
