Age
30 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male, aged 30-65 years; 2. Current smoking, smoking index >= 10 pack-years; 3. Voluntary and competent to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot cooperate or comply with visiting arrangements; 2. Have a clear history of other chronic respiratory diseases (except chronic bronchitis and COPD); 3. Seriously unstable patients with other systemic diseases.
