Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for dry eye (dryness, foreign body sensation, burning sensation, fatigue, discomfort, visual fluctuation and other symptoms in the eye, tear film breakup time (BUT) <= 5 seconds, tear secretion test I ( Schirmer I test) <= 5mm/5min, or BUT between 5-10 seconds, Schirmer I test 5-10mm/5min and conjunctival fluorescein staining positive); 2. Aged 20 to 70 years; 3. Able to cooperate with diagnosis and treatment; sign informed consent and participate voluntarily; follow-up for 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with congenital anemia, conjunctivitis, keratitis, uveitis, scleritis, hordeolum, meibomian gland cysts and other eye diseases are being treated; 2. Incomplete eyelid structure, eyelid scar, local eyelid deformity, etc. caused by eye trauma; organic lesions such as mass in the eye; 3. Eye trauma, hemorrhage, skin infection or skin disease; acute glaucoma attack, fundus hemorrhage, etc.; allergic to any ingredient such as drugs; suffering from fever, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, infectious diseases, pregnant women, etc.; Diabetes, arthritis, history of connective tissue, mental disorders, cognitive impairment, etc.; 4. Patients who are currently taking antidepressants or anti-anxiety drugs.
