Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years, gender is not limited; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese expert consensus on diagnosis and treatment of postherpetic neuralgia in 2016, the course of disease is >= 1 month, = 4 points; 3. The patients voluntarily signed the informed consent and cooperated to complete the treatment and questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Equipped with cochlear implant and pacemaker; 2. Take drugs that need to be protected from light and heat, such as retinoic acid, steroid drugs, some antibiotics, etc.; 3. Combined with tumor, blood system, severe heart, lung, liver, kidney insufficiency, coagulation dysfunction, etc.; 4. Patients with acute infection, open wounds at the laser irradiation site, skin damage or local infection at the puncture site; 5. This study uses drug allergy or other patients who are not suitable for nerve block and high-intensity laser therapy.
