Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Colorectal cancer patients from the Institute of Gastrointestinal Surgery, West China Hospital, Sichuan University (primary colorectal cancer underwent surgical resection, all confirmed by histopathology), Han population in the southwest region; no blood relationship.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy; history of long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 2. Patients with incomplete clinical data; familial adenomatous polyposis and hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer; 3. Patients with other cancers in the past; patients with first-degree relatives suffering from colorectal cancer.
