Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-II grade; 2. 18-60 years old; 3. For elective surgery, patients who need general anesthesia with nasotracheal intubation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Past history of pressure ulcers; 2. Nasal trauma or defect; 3. Secondary intubation due to various reasons (inappropriate intubation size, cuff rupture and intubation failure, etc.); 4. Contraindications for nasotracheal intubation (nasal polyps, nasopharyngeal tumors, epistaxis, laryngeal edema, acute laryngitis, laryngeal submucosal edema, easy bleeding tendency, etc.); 5. Pregnancy; 6. Participated in other relevant clinical investigators within the past 3 months.
