Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gender is not limited, aged 30 to 70 years; 2. CT or MRI suggests multi-segment lumbar disc herniation; 3. Conservative treatment is ineffective, and surgery is necessary; 4. Sign the subject's informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with serious mental or neurological diseases; 2. Patients with serious complications of important organs; 3. Those with language dysfunction or difficulty in expression.
