Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving VA-ECMO assistance; 2. Agree to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged < 18 years; 2. Women of childbearing age who are pregnant or have a positive pregnancy test; 3. Evacuate ECMO within 24 hours of getting on the plane; 4. The patient died within 24 hours of getting on the machine; 5. Not receiving VA-ECMO adjuvant therapy for the first time during this hospitalization; 6. Prepare for heart transplantation or use VA-ECMO after heart transplantation.
