Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 years, single pregnancy, 36-38 Weeks, is scheduled to be in Panzhihua municipal central hospital delivery, had delivered once,signed informed consentment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pelvic cavity history surgery,Pelvic floor injury history of any miscarriage, stillbirth, premature birth 36 Weeks, concomitant with any serious illness,participation in other clinical studies, and any inappropriate participation for other reasons.
