Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for the PCOS group: females aged 20-35; meet the diagnostic criteria for PCOS recommended by the Rotterdam Expert Meeting in 2003; did not take any drugs that affect hormones and inflammatory factors in the body within 3 months before the visit; 2. Inclusion criteria for the control group: females aged 20-35; did not meet the PCOS diagnostic criteria recommended by the Rotterdam Expert Meeting in 2003; did not take any drugs that affect hormones and inflammatory factors in the body within 3 months before the visit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have adenomyosis, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease and other diseases; 2. History of ovarian surgery; 3. Combined with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular system, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine, history of malignant tumor, mental illness, etc.
