Age
65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. Bone mineral density T value <-2.5; 3. Sanders II and III articular surface collapse greater than 2mm; 4. Closed fracture; 5. Follow up for at least 12 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with periarticular fractures of other lower limbs; 2. There are certain contraindications such as tumors, severe nerve or blood vessel damage, infection, etc.
