Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45-70 years, without hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, abnormal thyroid function, cerebral infarction, etc.; 2. There are no absolute surgical contraindications before surgery, anesthesia contraindications, elective surgery, and preoperative anesthesia ASA classification below grade II; 3. The preoperative diagnosis of disease is clear, and total hysterectomy is planned; 4. Clear consciousness, normal spirit, normal communication and understanding ability, informed consent of patients and their families, and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous chronic diseases: such as hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, poor nutritional status, gastroesophageal reflux, gastric emptying disorders, patients with previous intestinal obstruction or intestinal surgery; 2. Emergency surgery, re-operation, gynecologist and anesthesiologist assessment risk is extremely inappropriate; 3. Patients with advanced uterine malignant tumor and other situations that need to expand the scope of surgery; 4. Mental illness, cognitive impairment, unable to understand.
