Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age is greater than or equal to 18 years old and less than or equal to 70 years old; 2. Meet the Rome IV criteria: one or more symptoms of epigastric pain, epigastric burning, early satiety, and postprandial fullness; gastrointestinal symptoms have been present for at least 6 months, and the above symptoms must be present in the past 3 months; 3. Exclude organic and metabolic diseases that can explain the above-mentioned gastrointestinal and somatization symptoms. Those who are diagnosed with chronic pharyngitis in non-digestive medicine, but the specialist treatment effect is poor, and those who are also effective for non-digestive tract symptoms after gastroenterology treatment are still included. Research; 4. The education is primary school or above, with certain reading and comprehension skills, and can fill in the questionnaire independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic diseases, metabolic diseases, malignant tumors or serious physical diseases, etc.; 2. Patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease; 3. Patients with irritable bowel syndrome with the following abdominal pain and change in bowel habits as the main symptoms; 4. There is a history of abdominal surgery in the past; 5. Patients who have recently taken non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, hormones and anticholinergic drugs; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. Patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia; 8. Reject the participant.
